8. TENANT AND BUYER SCREENING

8.1 Tenant Screening We perform background checks including:

  • Credit verification
  • Employment verification
  • Reference checks
  • Previous tenancy history

8.2 Buyer Verification For sales transactions, we may require:

  • Proof of funds or pre approval letters
  • Identity verification
  • Beneficial ownership disclosure (where required)

Screening is subject to Israeli data protection laws.

9. LEGAL AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

20. SEVERABILITY

These Terms & Conditions, along with specific engagement agreements, constitute the entire agreement between parties regarding Klein Group services.

22. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign these terms without Klein Group’s written consent. Klein Group may assign these terms to affiliated entities.

23. WAIVER

No waiver of any provision is effective unless in writing and signed. Failure to enforce a right does not constitute waiver of that right.
